Our love is not limited to the latest, shiny bikes. Your beloved station bike, your great-grandmother's heirloom, or your trusty touring bike are also welcome guests in our workshop and in the best of hands.

Are you the proud owner of an electric bike or e-bike? Now that you're out and about more often and enjoy it more, the maintenance requirements of your favorite bike are naturally increasing. We're happy to take care of that. We service and update motor systems from Bosch, Brose, and Panasonic in-house.

Just want to make it rideable or give it a complete overhaul? You decide what's important to you. We're happy to help you make the decision.

MTB Cycletech

The multinational Bernese brand from Zurich – that calls for an explanation:
No, MTB Cycletech cannot exactly describe itself as nationalistic. The brand was founded by Bernese Frenchman Butch Gaudy, born in New York and raised in Grindelwald. Butch began importing the first mountain bikes from California to Europe at an early age. In 1983, he laid the foundation for a success story that continues to this day with the founding of MTB Cycletech.

Today, MTB Cycletech is best known for its timelessly beautiful and technically advanced touring and everyday bikes. "Form follows function" is the motto that the Swiss have taken to heart. The Papalagi, MTB's best-known example of continuous innovation, has been in production since 1984 and is constantly being adapted to the needs and requirements of many happy touring cyclists.

That's why MTB Cycletech offers its bikes in a modular system: different gears and brakes, add-ons such as saddles, rubber grips, pedals, lights, and luggage racks. Everything can be customized.
