Our services
Rental
The Rental Department monitors leases, processes terminations, searches for new tenants, concludes new leases, and draws up move-in and move-out inventories.
Strict application of lease law keeps disputes arising from increasingly complex regulations and case law to a minimum.
Technical and Renovation
The Technical Department is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the buildings entrusted to us for management. In regular contact with the concierges, it ensures that the common areas are kept in good condition, that emergencies are dealt with quickly, and that periodic renovation work is planned. In collaboration with the Rental Department, it orders and supervises maintenance and refurbishment work on rented apartments and premises.
The Technical Department is also responsible for the financial, technical, and administrative planning and management of major works: complete apartment renovations, exterior renovations (roofs, facades, windows), and replacement of technical equipment (elevators, ventilation systems, boiler rooms).
Condominium administration
As part of its role as co-ownership administrator, PRIVAMOB handles the convening, chairing, and secretarial duties of general meetings with all the necessary tact and perseverance.
PRIVAMOB is also responsible for implementing and following up on decisions voted on. PRIVAMOB also manages shared services and ensures the routine maintenance of buildings.
In collaboration with condominium representatives, PRIVAMOB draws up annual budgets and plans periodic maintenance and renovation work.
Accounting
The Accounting Department is the hub of the company, managing all financial flows passing through PRIVAMOB.
In particular, it monitors rent collection, pays invoices, and prepares heating and ancillary cost statements for tenants.
For owners, it prepares quarterly management statements and pays out any available funds.
Finally, it handles the follow-up of any disputes.
Sales and valuations
Whether for sale, division, or inheritance, PRIVAMOB provides an appraisal of your property that is as close as possible to its market value.
