The companies of the SD Construction group are active in the construction industry as "General Contractors" or "Total Contractors."
Its areas of activity are mainly focused on planning and implementation, with no connection to any construction company.
SD Construction also provides project and works management services. Depending on the type of organization desired by the project owners, the companies are also able to provide services within the framework of a "pool of agents" or a multidisciplinary group.
SD Construction carries out new construction, renovation, and conversion work. It also works on rental properties, condominiums, and commercial or industrial buildings.
The general management of the operation and the management of the works are carried out by SD Construction employees, while the actual works are carried out by third-party companies.

Expertise:
Business is organized in such a way that, in principle, a single person is responsible for managing and monitoring the project from start to finish.
Knowledge and management of the mandate, as well as ongoing monitoring of its progress, are handled internally. The project manager's deputy is appointed at the start of operations and is able to replace the manager at any time. The management of the site and the administration are the responsibility of a single employee, under the supervision of the manager. Technical support during the preparation and execution phases is provided by a specialist entity incorporated into the project on an ad hoc basis. Technical and economic consistency, as well as forward-looking management, are continuously monitored.

The scope of its mandate is decided by mutual agreement with the client based on their expectations, which can be divided into two distinct options:
- Comprehensive service (contract): overall management of the project as a general contractor or technical contractor
- Partial service (mandate contract): services as planner, client representative, or architect for the construction management aspect.
