APPROACH

Private: Depending on the agreement, between 4 and 9 individual coaching sessions are to be expected. A contract is drawn up prior to these sessions. It defines the financial terms, the location of the sessions, and expectations. A goal is set and regular progress reviews are conducted to validate the number of sessions.

In-company: Development of objectives for the process with the coachee, their line manager, and, if necessary, human resources. Establishment of an agreement stipulating the operating mode and common objectives, as well as the number of individual sessions (between 3 and 9) and reviews (between 1 and 3) with the manager. Facilitation of sessions and reviews.

The first exploratory session is free of charge. It can take place by phone, Zoom/Skype, or face-to-face.

APPROACH

During an exploratory session, we first establish your objectives and needs together.

Based on our discussions, we will propose a course of action and provide support, for example, to your entire group on situations that need to be addressed in the form of workshops or training sessions.

The exercises and methods used will vary depending on the topic at hand.
