Our business

The heart of the Spiess butcher's shop is the store. We attach great importance to a well-maintained interior and the friendliness and competence of our employees. Enjoyment begins with the shopping experience.

In addition to a wide range of fresh meat and our own charcuterie selection, you will find: a delicatessen department with delicacies prepared fresh daily, a fish department with a rich selection of fresh fish, a wine, cheese, and bread corner with Graubünden specialties, and a self-service department with exquisite delicacies such as homemade sauces and pasta, special oils, exquisite teas, and many other specialties that you won't find in the supermarket.

We supply restaurants, hotels, and mountain huts throughout central Graubünden. On request, we are happy to offer a party service, especially for receptions or barbecues.
