Gafner Perspectives helps executives and organizations simplify their operations and make them more efficient and robust.
I step in when management requires a lot of energy for little effect: executives are overloaded, roles are unclear, and teams struggle to function effectively over time.
My job is to clarify the role of the executive, strengthen managerial functioning, and create the conditions that allow teams to operate more smoothly and autonomously.
Support takes the form of training, coaching, and programs rooted in real-life work situations, either in person or remotely.
The goal is not to do more, but to do the right thing: reducing unnecessary effort and ensuring smooth team functioning over time.
