You will find the right environment for your training at the sports center's fitness club. Our trainers will support you with their expertise and experience. We will work with you to set your training goals and support you from start to finish. You will train according to a plan tailored to your needs. You will increase your training efficiency and reduce the risk of injury.

TENNIS & BADMINTON

Tennis

If you want to play tennis, come to us. We offer you the opportunity to play on six tennis courts – three outdoor courts (Rebound ACE surface, covered with an air dome in winter) and three indoor courts (Bross Slide surface).

You can reserve a tennis court online. You do not need to be a member of the fitness club or take a tennis course. Young people, schoolchildren, and students benefit from discounts.

The joy of playing tennis grows as you master the technique. The highly trained instructors at our tennis school will teach you the basics of tennis from scratch. You can take individual and group lessons. We also offer evening and weekend lessons and organize trial lessons (30 minutes, with a trainer). Badminton

Our badminton court is available for you to use at any time. If you want to start playing badminton, you don't need a lot of preparatory training. The most important requirements are: enjoyment of the game and enjoyment of exercise. You can rent or purchase rackets from us, as well as buy badminton shuttlecocks.

Playing with a racket and shuttle promotes speed, reaction time, coordination, and fitness—and can be considered a fitness workout in its own right. You can easily reserve the badminton court online or by phone at 056 269 10 40.

Our badminton school offers individual and group lessons. Young people, schoolchildren, and students benefit from discounts.

CONSULTING & TESTS

DIAGNOSTICS & CONSULTATION

Through diagnostics and consultation, we show you how healthy you are. We carry out analyses and use them to derive recommendations for promoting your health. The autonomic nervous system (ANS) is the body's control center, regulating functions such as blood pressure and digestion. The ANS analysis examines how well this control center is working. We then tailor your training to your specific needs. The more effectively your metabolism works, the healthier you are.

Metabolic measurement evaluates the gases in your breath and allows us to determine the quality of your metabolism. We use the measurement data to create your metabolic profile—a central basis for your training and health. We examine your metabolism at rest (resting metabolism) and in motion (known as spiroergometry). Nowadays, health is primarily assessed based on body composition (water, fat, etc.). We measure your body composition (BIA measurement), which gives us another basis for ensuring your health.
