Our hearts beat for cycling—since 1983!

 

Reto Kretschmann took over the bicycle shop at Schwarzenburgstrasse 145, 3097 Liebefeld from Hans Bill in the winter of 1982/83 and ran the business successfully for 42 years.

Lars Hirschi, himself a former apprentice of Reto Kretschmann, took over the business in November 2023. He has several years of experience in the bicycle industry.

The takeover was followed by a change of location to Neuhausplatz, Könizstrasse 249, 3097 Liebefeld. This is located directly behind the new Voi-Migros.

In January 2025, we opened our second location at Freiburgstrasse 6, 3150 Schwarzenburg, opposite the Migros branch.

 

At both of our locations, we are happy to provide you with comprehensive advice on site with a selected range of products tailored to long-lasting and carefree cycling enjoyment.

With our broad and in-depth expertise, we can almost always find a solution for your bicycle.

Whether you are looking for a new or used bicycle, you will find the right one with us!

• We offer service and repair services for almost all brand-name bikes. To make an appointment ,please call us at 031 971 25 14, but it is best to come by in person with your bike so that we can properly assess it.

• Unfortunately, we cannot give you any prices over the phone without first inspecting the bike.

• We only have two replacement bikes, but there is a Publibike station right next to our shop.

• Prices are calculated based on the work involved (number of hours worked) and any additional materials that may be required.

• We don't just do bikes! Ask us about any other mechanical repairs you may need.

• We can also pick up your bike and bring it back after the repair. Call us to schedule a pickup!
