Mössinger Immobilien AG

The history of Mössinger Immobilien AG began in 1966. Even in the first generation, company founder Max Mössinger ran the business with a wealth of expertise and experience. The public image of the real estate trustee profession was very important to the founding father. As a member of the board of the SVIT professional association in the Bern section, he therefore campaigned for the long-overdue specialist courses with diploma examinations to become a reality. Together with the law and notary office Gurtner & Liechti, the subsidiary MGL Immobilien-Verwaltungs AG was founded in 1988. From then on, it focused on property management.

After completing his apprenticeship as a structural draughtsman, followed by a structural engineering internship and experience as a site manager, his son, Herbert Mössinger, took over the family business in 1991 as the second generation. Thanks to his construction experience, the business was expanded to include appraisals, expert assessments, and project development. Together with his sister, Theres Bieri-Mössinger, who is successfully responsible for the marketing and sale of real estate, Mössinger Immobilien AG and its team continue to enjoy the trust of their customers to this day. With the arrival of Alex Mössinger, architect FH, in 2016, the history of Mössinger Immobilien AG entered its third generation. As in the early days, the values of "quality over quantity" still form the foundation of successful business activities today.
