Founded in 1991 by Claudia Branca Baldi, LA PULIMANIA now has almost 200 employees.
The company's modern and innovative philosophy is well represented by the orange
and purple used to decorate its headquarters, located in a beautiful building in Locarno's Old Town.
The company specializes in offering complete cleaning systems for offices, private homes, apartments, buildings,
facades, windows, and shop windows.
LA PULIMANIA also intervenes to remedy water damage, clear roads and parking lots
from snow, and carry out disinfection when necessary.
LA PULIMANIA has always had a feminine touch, which can be seen both in
management, which pays particular attention to the centrality of the person and their needs, which is why
