ASDD dietitian, graduated in Geneva in 1996.

I immediately started working as an independent dietitian in my own practice. This independence gave me the opportunity to be active on various fronts in order to spread my knowledge of dietetics and nutrition, from consulting (with patients of all ages with conditions such as obesity, metabolic diseases, allergies/intolerances, IBS, etc., to sports clients or simply those who are mindful of their diet), teaching, menu analysis in various facilities with canteens, collaboration with the media, and cooking classes.

I was an examiner for chefs in dietetics at the Trevano school.

Since 1997, I have been active in the Swiss Dietitians' Committee and subsequently served as president of the Ticino Dietitians' Group for 12 years. I am still responsible for the Ticino group and active in various Swiss professional committees.

I worked with Fourchette Verte for five years, dealing with collective catering for nursing homes, hospitals, and other facilities with company canteens.

I currently work actively with the Triangolo Association, providing consultations to cancer patients and collaborating on cooking courses.

I am active as a teacher for nutrition education teachers in middle schools and for companies that offer health courses to their employees.
