Surgical care begins with the preoperative consultation, a delicate moment for the patient where initial contact is established with the surgeon and where the foundations are laid for a solid relationship of trust that allows both the patient and the surgeon to cope with the sensitive perioperative phase. A good surgical outcome begins with preoperative preparation, which aims to minimize influenceable risk factors and where interdisciplinarity is very important. Thanks to the presence of Dr. J. Al-Mauid and Dr. M. Giuliani and the practice's collaborations with local healthcare facilities, the practice is able to offer patients differentiated care for the most common conditions in the fields of visceral and thoracic surgery and musculoskeletal traumatology. For high-risk and complex surgical cases, we collaborate with leading university centers in Switzerland.

• Wear a mask when visiting the medical practice (adults and children from middle school age onwards)
