Alexander Technique and IBP Coaching
Most people seek coaching when their previous attempts to cope with one or more areas of their lives are no longer working, such as in stressful situations, crises, stress, and exhaustion. On the other hand, coaching also helps to better understand and classify current life situations, to become clear about one's goals, desires, and values, to optimize one's work-life balance, or to promote personal development processes.
The Alexander Technique uses touch, movement, and breathing exercises to stimulate clients' self-regulatory powers. It enables us to adopt a dynamic, effortless posture and improves our movement patterns. Tension is released, pain is alleviated, nervousness and tension subside, and energy flow improves.
