BUSINESS TAKEOVER

Following an accident involving the business owner in 1996, Kurt Odermatt took over the business from John von Rotz and continued to run it under the name Zweirad Odermatt GmbH.
On October 1, 2009, Kurt Odermatt purchased the Mühlebach Honda AG business in Littau. In January 2010, he then founded AG Odermatt Motos Luzern. The product range was expanded to include the Honda and KTM brands. On January 1, 2015, Odermatt Motos Luzern AG became Odermatt Motos Luzern GmbH.

For over 25 years, the Littau/Lucerne headquarters has been one of the top addresses for Honda fans. This will not be affected by the addition of the KTM brand. The Honda brand was taken over because managing director Kurt Odermatt is convinced of the quality of these motorcycles and can fully stand behind them. He also brings 29 years of experience with KTM and 9 years in motorcycle racing to the table.
