Amifiduciaria SA is a Swiss trust company based in Lugano, founded in 1983 by Eugenio Molinari, Esq. Since 2008, the company has been managed by Roberto Franchini, who served as CEO and then became sole director in November 2013. Our organization currently consists of 30 experienced and qualified employees, who form a union of skills and a team of professionals specializing in various fields. Members of management: Loretta Della Torre, Stefano Cappelletti, Alex Boschetti, Dr. Paola Schroter-Curti, and Veronica Caruso.
