Founded by Michel Ducrot, the firm has built a solid reputation over the years for the quality and reliability of its services. Michel Ducrot is the author of books, commentaries, and articles on legal doctrine.
Michel Ducrot obtained a commercial diploma from the Collège de Sion, then studied law at the Universities of Geneva and Tübingen. He obtained a law degree, a postgraduate diploma in law, and was awarded a doctorate in law for his thesis on tenant eviction procedures. He is a licensed attorney in the canton of Valais and a licensed notary in the same canton.
Mr. Ducrot began his professional career as a legal assistant and judgment writer at the Cantonal Court of Valais. Since being admitted to the bar, he has advised and represented clients in court, particularly in the areas of contract law, economic criminal law, construction law, and medical law. Mr. Ducrot has several publications to his credit. As of January 1, 2025, Mr. Ducrot has given up representation in civil and criminal courts and now practices as a legal advisor in these areas and provides representation and advice in administrative law, particularly in construction law and noise protection in buildings.
