Founded in January 1990, the practice initially offered mixed care for small pets and farm animals.

In 2015, the practice was modernized to better accommodate and meet the needs of animals and their owners.

In 2016, the practice also changed its name to become a public limited company.

Since 2017, the practice has ceased to practice rural medicine in order to focus primarily on the medicine of pets and exotic animals.
