Our in-house production enables us to ensure the optimal quality of our products at all times. This means we can influence the quality of our products at every single stage of the process. At Thaler Metzg, we do everything we can to ensure that all our actions are based on sustainable principles and that we live by these principles.
The size of our business allows us to transparently show and declare where our meat comes from and how we have processed it. Our top priority is to process and sell what our farmers raise with care, in a natural and healthy way. We sell meat from the region for our region.
