The ISO-certified family business Ernst Kneuss Geflügel AG guarantees to supply us only with Swiss chicken from the region.

The Dyhrberg factory, Switzerland's first salmon smokehouse, still smokes its fish traditionally in a wood-fired oven. As it has done for 45 years, processing is carried out exclusively by hand – pure quality and Swissness! Dyhrberg is also strongly committed to sustainability, especially when it comes to trading in frozen fish and shellfish. Dyhrberg is a member of the WWF Seafood Group and is certified by Bio (Knospe), MSC, ASC, and FOS.
