Our products are made in our own production facility in Meiringen with a great deal of passion, expertise, and skill. In addition to our original Gumpesel, we offer many other delicious specialties.

Gumpesel is a traditional raw sausage with a distinctive smoky flavor, which today is made exclusively from pork and beef. The large bacon cubes give the sausage a distinctive texture. Another characteristic feature is its particularly spicy flavor. As the sausages are smoked for a long time, they become very aromatic in color and taste.

Fondue Chinoise is considered the festive meal par excellence at Christmas. But are you familiar with our other Christmas classics? High-quality meat that is refined into traditional meat specialties in our butcher's shop.
