Physiotherapy is a form of therapy that helps restore, improve, or maintain your body's mobility and functionality. Your physiotherapist will make a diagnosis, based on which a treatment plan will be developed. Various active and passive measures will be used to try to alleviate your symptoms.

Physiotherapy is prescribed by a doctor. The costs are covered by your health insurance, accident insurance, or IV/MV.

However, physiotherapists may also treat patients without a doctor's prescription, but in this case the patient must bear the costs themselves.

PILATES

Mat program according to Hubertus Pilates
Pilates is an exercise concept based on the balance of body and mind. It trains the senses for perception and coordination, strengthens weakened muscles, and stretches shortened muscles. Performed with flowing movements and combined with physiological breathing, we achieve significantly better posture. This makes Pilates ideal for back patients and movement-conscious, active people.
