Activity description:

The Artitude therapeutic center for artists offers various types of treatments:

· Prevent or cure musculoskeletal disorders through stable, relaxed posture: tendonitis, overuse syndromes, neck pain, back pain, lower back pain, periarthritis.

· Prevent or rehabilitate functional dystonia, a real career challenge.

· Regain a sense of free movement: kinesthesia, perfect musical gestures.

· Learning specific exercises for each instrument and acquiring the motivation to practice them regularly (!) to avoid: fear, pain, loss of confidence/pleasure

· Understand the role of emotions:

Negative: reflex survival position > muscle retractions

positive: contact with the audience > pleasure
