Le Cygne Blanc Sàrl is a tea room, bakery, pastry shop, and bar all in one. Our artisan bakery is the only one in Monthey that makes its own bread and has built its reputation on its famousgrandmother's bread (made in the traditional way with lots of fermentation and sourdough, as was done in the old days) as well as Sunday bread (shaped like a crown) made with egg white and Monthey fougasse.

The establishment has been in business for over 30 years (it was originally called Le Cygne Noir) and is commonly referred to as "Le Cygne" by its regular customers.The patisserie offers excellent Portuguese specialties and will delight you with its simply delicious birthday cakes and personalized cakes for special occasions.

Our tea room is the most modern in Monthey. Renovated three years ago, it has high ceilings, a tree in the center, and a smoking area. Customers can watch bread and pastries being made through the door between the shop and the bakery.
