BEM, an electric adventure...

Founded in 1982 as a small business, Bühler Electricité SA grew to the size of an SME in just two or three years. Buoyed by the dynamism of the construction industry, it soon had around 50 employees and apprentices. Aware of the cyclical nature of this growth, it quickly diversified into industrial electricity and gradually organized itself into four sectors that have consolidated over the years: domestic electrical installations, industrial electrical installations, medium-voltage and high-power energy supply installations, and the manufacture of electrical panels.

In 1988, the company expanded its services to include electrical engineering planning by creating its own engineering office in the form of an independent company: Bühler Engineering SA. The companies quickly built a solid reputation for the excellence of their services and the high quality of their work.

From 1996 to 2003, the company gradually built its manufacturing workshops in three stages; the administrative premises and engineering office were added to the building in 2003.

Our quality policy has been a constant concern in the development of our activities. In 2010, SQS audited and validated all departments of Bühler Electricité SA and Bühler Engineering SA, which thus comply with the international standards ISO 9001/2008 and 14001/2004, recognized by certificates no. 37799 and no. 37874.

BEM has always prioritized qualitative growth over quantitative growth; our aim is to remain in this niche market on a human scale, which has enabled us to participate with our clients in often exceptional achievements.
