The architectural firm, founded in 1981 in Château-d'Oex – Pays-d'Enhaut, has extensive experience in the completion of many diverse projects.
It is a reference in all types of construction: individual housing, collective housing, industrial, administrative, and commercial buildings, accommodation buildings, agricultural buildings, and historic buildings.

Architectural studio

Our architectural studio is the heart of the Blum Sieber office.

Architecture is a collaborative endeavor. It involves developing a project around the people who will live in it. It involves identifying problems and putting systems in place to solve them. It involves managing a complex and close collaboration between the client, builder, engineers, and authorities. It involves ensuring the optimal technical and aesthetic quality of the project.

Energy study

Our planet is showing us more and more clear signs that humans are going too far. We believe in being responsible and want to lead the way by seeking sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions for construction.
Swiss standards are already very demanding, and there are many guidelines to help us in this direction, such as the Minergie standards.
The Swiss government has also introduced subsidies for the energy renovation of existing buildings.
We often work on conversion, renovation, or simply energy efficiency projects.

Our office therefore has the expertise and software to carry out thermal assessments and draw up CECB and CECB plus forms.

The thermal assessment is a document that is required for any public inquiry into a heated building. It is used to determine the various heat flows in the building envelope and the dimensions of the technical installations.
