• Drawing up regional and inter-municipal master plans to harmonize and strengthen urbanization, mobility, landscape, economy, tourism, etc.
• Carrying out feasibility studies on different scales to analyze the development potential of a specific project in its region.
• Development of municipal visions and strategies to define the planning and development objectives of a municipal area for the coming years.
• Implementation of participatory approaches to involve the population in the development of their region, municipality, and neighborhood; and facilitate dialogue with the authorities.
• Assistance as a project management support office (BAMO) to accompany municipalities and project owners in their various projects, advise them, and organize competitions or parallel study mandates.
