It all began when Valérie, then aged 10, was on vacation in Val d'Isère and discovered a crêpe seller who gave her a chocolate crêpe to try... He was tanned, smiling, and working during the holidays. She decided that this was what she wanted to do with her life one day.

She would have to wait a very long time and do many other things before realizing her childhood dream.

Valérie arrived in St-Prex at the age of 20, where she lived for 12 years before moving to Rue des Fossés in Morges. She had two daughters, both of whom were born in Morges, a town she is particularly fond of.

In 2003, she decided to open a restaurant in a small mountain village and took the whole family with her. Many guidebooks and travelers who loved the site discovered Valérie's cuisine and came back for nearly 12 years.

Throughout those years, she never forgot Morges, and in the back of her mind, the desire to return grew stronger and stronger.

She took the necessary steps and on May 28, 2016, she received the keys to her future crêperie.

In a small room with a Breton atmosphere, enjoy crêpes, organic gluten-free buckwheat galettes, salads, ice cream, and desserts. You'll also find a small shop filled with delicious products.

Recognized in numerous press articles (the "Journal Terre et Nature," the "Nouvelliste," the "Femina," and even "The New York Times Magazine") for her talents as a cook, Valérie has always prepared quality dishes with local products, often organic or sustainably farmed. By giving small producers a chance and combining her creative talent with the quality of the products, the result has always been delicious.
