Rel'Aids is a structure of the Fondation Le Relais, created in 1991. It consists of a team of mobile social workers (TSHM) who go out to meet people in precarious situations facing problems related to illegal drug use and communicable diseases. Rel'Aids operates on the principles of anonymity and free adherence. Interventions take place throughout the Canton of Vaud, with a strong presence in Lausanne and Nyon. The team offers support in finding concrete solutions, counseling, harm reduction, and guidance towards other institutions.
