Welcome to the Baselland Guarantee Cooperative.


Guarantees Since 1929, we have been helping individuals and legal entities to secure mortgages, construction loans, and loans for financing residential property. The guarantee recipient is independent of private guarantors; they are spared the need to ask relatives, friends, or employers for help, and advance payments from pension funds are not necessary. Discretion and anonymity are guaranteed. The guarantee holder benefits from the extremely modest costs of the guarantee and receives mortgages from the contracting bank at more favorable terms.

Management

We manage your property commercially, structurally, and legally:

Brokerage

You should benefit from buying and selling:

• We will create a sales concept for you

• Preparation of sales documents

• We design and place the advertisements

• Upon request, we will first prepare an appraisal

• We contact prospective buyers

• Organization and execution of viewings

• We take care of the preliminary work for the purchase agreement

Appraisals

We will provide you with an appraisal showing the market value of your property or apartment. An appraisal provides you with a basis for selling your property, for any division of an estate, or for taking out a mortgage.

Condominium

We take on the role of administrator in accordance with Art. 712s ff. of the Swiss Civil Code.
We convene the owners' meeting, chair it, and take the minutes. We also implement the community decisions. We handle the commercial and technical administration of the common areas.

Construction trust/renovation

We coordinate between specialist planners, contractors, and authorities. We determine the possible rent increase and implement the resulting measures.

Rental

We find the right tenant for you, draw up the rental agreement, and hand over the rental property.

Sale

We find the right buyer for you and provide you with comprehensive and competent advice.
