Guiding principles

My work is based on the most holistic aspects of human existence possible:
body, soul, and spirit are understood as a unity.
Accordingly, I place great emphasis on the client's personal concerns in my treatments in the sense of empathy

This does not exclude the active participation of the client; on the contrary, it is only through the real perception of one's own body (soul, spirit), including through touch, that the actual motivation to actively improve (maintain) one's state of health arises.
Instructions for home exercises are also part of my sessions.
They take place in a calm, friendly, stress-free environment.
