• Therapy

Our addiction work specifically for men

Casa Fidelio offers treatment for men with addictions. Our therapy services are tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Therapy topics are addressed in individual and group therapy sessions. Individual sessions are an important part of the therapy, helping clients to help themselves. Group therapy also plays an important role. Training sessions on dealing with conflicts are also conducted in groups. Topic-specific group discussions take place in small groups of approximately 8 residents in order to create a small and familiar setting. The starting point remains the large group with all residents.

 

• Work

Work at casa fidelio:

We offer residents at casa fidelio realistic work situations in which they are challenged and can experience their first successes. In this way, they learn to deal with continuity, quality standards, and punctuality.

The residents of casa fidelio are encouraged to take on as much personal responsibility as possible in everything they do. The residents are carefully introduced to their tasks. Their abilities are not relevant for the assignment of tasks. Skills, enjoyment, and motivation are encouraged on an individual basis.

 

• Integration

Social and professional integration

We support residents in their social and professional integration through supported employment. This covers the following areas:

• Resource work and creation of a professional profile
• Development of career prospects
• Creation of a complete application dossier
• Organization and implementation of trial placements and internships in the primary labor market
• Job application coaching and support in finding employment
• Job coaching in the workplace
• If necessary, networking and coordination with disability insurance, social assistance, etc.
• Networking with aftercare (debt counseling, administration, etc.)
• Support with finding accommodation

To help residents complete these tasks, we provide them with modern PC workstations.

 

• Social services

We support and assist residents with practical issues. Our social services encourage residents to deal with their practical problems as independently and autonomously as possible.

The main areas of focus are:

• Accompaniment and support in dealing with authorities and the justice system
• Advice and support with practical tasks and problems
• In the case of debt: dealing with creditors, creating a debt inventory, preparing for debt restructuring
• Before discharge: Support in planning social and professional integration after therapy
