When it comes to clean air, Unifil AG Filtertechnik has been your expert partner since 1978. Founded by Werner Frei, the company is now successfully run by his son Matthias, the second generation of the family. Unifil is committed to Switzerland as a business location and manufactures exclusively in its own factories in Niederlenz, Aargau. Around 140 employees manufacture and distribute a full range of air filters for a very wide range of applications – from conventional building ventilation and complex industrial applications to pre-filter stages for highly sensitive clean room applications – in a facility covering an area of around 20,000 m2.

As the market leader, the company has fully aligned its activities with the diverse requirements of its customers, both in terms of products and services. For example, around 300 specialists expand their knowledge of filter technology and product applications every year in in-house training courses.

Unifil has one of the most modern testing laboratories in Europe, which is used intensively for research and development as well as for international standardization work.
