We take care of your accident report and assessment, and relieve you of all the administrative procedures involved in settling claims.

Our staff are at your disposal for any information you may require and to organize your vehicle's visit to our workshops, minimizing the time it spends off the road.

Our three sales advisors are committed to working with you to help you find the car that best suits your needs and desires. They can also offer you financing solutions tailored to your budget, in partnership with our partners.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
We attach great importance to the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers. After you purchase your vehicle, we offer a range of services to meet all your needs.

THE WORKSHOP
A team of 11 mechanics is committed to ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with best practices, manufacturer guidelines, and within the promised time frame.
Although we are an OPEL distributor and MAZDA dealer, we are also able to service and repair vehicles of all makes.

THE STORE
Our store stocks around 10,000 original OPEL and MAZDA spare parts. This means that, just like our workshop, we can guarantee that the most common spare parts are always available. Furthermore, any parts that are not in stock are delivered within 24 hours.

YOUR MOBILITY IS IMPORTANT TO US
During the short period when your car is off the road, we offer a wide range of solutions to keep you mobile.

• Public transportation is provided free of charge.
• A shuttle to the train station is provided (departing from the garage at 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. / returning from the train station at 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• An electric bike is available to borrow free of charge.
• A rental car is available from CHF 45 per day.
• Pickup of your vehicle from your home (10 km round trip CHF 50 and 20 km round trip CHF 80).

We have a wide range of rental vehicles at very attractive rates.
Weekend: Friday 6:00 p.m. to Monday 7:30 a.m.
Week: Monday 8:00 a.m. to Friday 5:00 p.m.

BERGER QUALITY USED CARS
We have an excellent reputation for our fleet of used vehicles. As soon as they are traded in, the vehicles are thoroughly inspected, serviced, and carefully prepared for resale. In addition, many of the vehicles come from regular customers and have been serviced by us since they were first registered. Thanks to Euro warranties, you can purchase a used vehicle with all the guarantees of a new vehicle.

Inspection certificate
This is a certificate attesting to the thorough inspection of the vehicle by a qualified technician. They check everything from the spark plugs to the exhaust, and from the fan to the interior lighting.

14-day exchange right
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your car for any reason, the dealer undertakes to replace it with a comparable vehicle on the sole condition that you return the car within 14 days and have not driven more than 1,000 km.

12-month warranty
Each vehicle comes with a comprehensive 12-month warranty. This extended protection covers the cost of replacement parts and labor in the event of mechanical or electrical damage.

Free check-up after 1,500 km
We offer you more than a typical used car dealership. The free check-up after 1,500 km is a major part of this. The used car expert ensures that your vehicle runs like clockwork. Any defects will be repaired immediately.
