OUR HISTORY

This is the story of a property management company founded in 1986 by Charles Fritsch and Jacques Locatelli to manage a large rental complex in the center of Nyon.

In 2003, Régicôte SA took over the entire real estate portfolio of the Locatelli & Fritsch SA trust company. At that time, Charles Fritsch, former deputy prefect and president of the Rent Conciliation Commission, joined forces with his nephew, François Leresche, who had been in charge of an important judicial office in Nyon for ten years.

In October 2020, Charles Fritsch passed away. His loved ones and all those who knew him remember him for his competence, generosity, and humility.

To fill the void left by his departure, his grandniece, Flora Chabloz, a graduate of the Lausanne Hotel School, joined Régicôte SA in December 2020. With her management training, interpersonal skills, and dynamism, she brings new energy to the company.

This partnership will enable the company to retain its family character and continue to grow.

Régicôte SA currently has a loyal clientele, mainly residing in the district of Nyon.

It conscientiously manages all types of buildings entrusted to it, representing more than 12 million Swiss francs in annual revenue.

In addition, it prides itself on always conducting its business in a loyal and respectful manner towards all parties.
