Laser cutting

We use two 6-meter lasers.

The short turnaround time and high flexibility guarantee cost-effective production even for large workpieces.

 

Water jet cutting

We can now offer you water jet cut parts.

With our water jet, we can now deliver all materials with incredible precision.

 

Marking laser

Whether machine parts, signs, key rings, advertising media, or stickers: with the marking laser, individual logos, texts, functional elements, and product markings can be permanently applied to almost all materials. Thanks to the contactless operation of the marking laser, it is also suitable for workpieces with complicated contours. Unlike glued or painted markings, laser marking is abrasion-resistant. High-quality markings can be applied quickly and easily to blanks, semi-finished or finished products. Serial numbers, texts, barcodes, logos, and customer drawings can be applied flexibly thanks to the simple programmability. Changing a motif and/or workpiece only requires a change in the marking program. This eliminates lengthy and expensive setup times.

 

Bending

Various press brakes help our experienced specialists to process your orders optimally and thus save costs.

 

Punching

The CNC-controlled punching machine can be used to process large series or individual parts that are unsuitable for laser cutting.

Shearing

We are able to cut sheet metal with a length of up to 4000 mm and a thickness of up to 10 mm (steel) or 6 mm (VA). Simple cutting does not require any planning or preparation work. This enables us to process orders cost-effectively and within the shortest possible time.
