Basic care
We examine and treat our patients during general consultation hours. The focus is on disease prevention. Vaccinations, parasite treatments, and preventive checkups are designed to maintain your pet's health. Individual consultation is central to this process.
Surgery
At our clinic, we perform castrations and soft tissue surgeries such as the removal of tumors, foreign bodies, or bladder stones. Endoscopic castration of female dogs is becoming increasingly important. We also treat cruciate ligament tears and patella luxation. For complex orthopedic procedures, we work together with specialized veterinarians.
Anesthesia
Anesthesia also plays an important role in surgery. Monitoring and observing the patient are key aspects of this. We also place great importance on optimal pain management during and after the procedure.
Internal medicine
The clinical picture is assessed based on the patient's history and a clinical examination. If necessary, further diagnostics are carried out (e.g., blood and urine tests, X-rays, ultrasound). A diagnosis is made based on all the findings and the patient is treated accordingly.
Imaging
X-rays can be used to diagnose bone diseases and joint problems and to visualize pathological processes in the internal organs. Dental X-rays reveal changes in tooth structure. Ultrasound can be used to examine internal organs and the heart or to take tissue samples.
Ophthalmology
Ophthalmology diagnoses and treats eye diseases. We have modern instruments at our disposal, such as the slit lamp for precise examination of the eye and surrounding structures, and the Tonovet for measuring eye pressure.
Dermatology
Skin and ear diseases are often associated with itching and changes in the coat or skin. Diagnosis is made using microscopic examinations (cytology, skin biopsy) or blood tests. We also focus heavily on the diagnosis and long-term treatment of allergies (e.g., food or environmental allergies).
Cardiology
Cardiology deals with heart disease in dogs and cats. Animals are often presented with labored breathing, weakness, or coughing. A diagnosis can be made and the disease treated through cardiological evaluation using cardiac ultrasound, ECG, and blood pressure measurement.
Dentistry
Dentistry deals with diseases of the oral cavity and teeth. Professional cleaning serves as prophylaxis and helps maintain dental health. Damaged teeth must be treated or extracted. Dental X-rays are particularly helpful in this regard. We also advise owners on preventive measures.
