Since 1864, Huber Bandfabrik has been combining tradition and innovation. As the inventor of the awning strap, we are continuing to develop in the fourth generation. Together with our customers and thanks to our constantly modernized infrastructure, we are constantly working on our products to ensure that they continue to meet changing needs in the future.

The result: a wide range of technical tapes that are unmatched in terms of stability, precision, and quality. These are the result of our 150-year tradition of acting independently, with a long-term perspective and entrepreneurial foresight. For our international customers, for our valued employees, and for our shared environment.

 

WE MANUFACTURE IN AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY WAY

The unmatched quality of our products ensures a long service life, which is the most important prerequisite for sustainability. In addition, we have already saved over 140,000 kg of plastic waste through the use and return of reusable spools. Our production emissions are continuously being improved through cooperation with the Energy Agency for Industry.

Commissioning of a photovoltaic system

In November 2022, we installed a state-of-the-art photovoltaic system on the flat roof of our factory building.

With 2,000 m² of solar panels, we produce approximately 50% of our own electricity requirements.
The additional demand is covered by electricity from renewable energy sources.

We also replaced all older windows in the office building with the latest energy-saving plastic windows.
