This is exactly how Benjamin Hartmann entered the business world as a self-employed tiler in 2001. With his craftsmanship and easy-going manner, he continuously won over customers. In 2009, he hired an employee to help him cope with the volume of orders.

Benjamin Hartmann was keen to pass on his experience and knowledge and was always looking for new challenges, which is why Martin Steiner completed an apprenticeship as a tiler from 2011 to 2014 and brought a breath of fresh air to the company.

Over the years, the company has grown steadily and now employs five motivated staff members. Not only do customers appreciate his open manner, but so do his employees, which allows them to get involved and develop their ideas and knowledge.
