Solving your problems and protecting your interests is our job and our calling. I advise you and assist you in drafting letters and contracts, enforcing claims, defending against unjustified claims, and answering legal questions. As a notary, I also advise you on all notarization issues, draw up public deeds, for example for marriage and inheritance contracts, wills, preliminary contracts for property purchases or for the formation or conversion of companies, and support you in the implementation of such contracts. Consulting
It is often better, easier, faster, and cheaper to inquire about the legal situation and the various options before concluding a contract or initiating business steps than to correct a mistake afterwards. Only those who are aware of the possible consequences can make informed and correct decisions and act accordingly. Therefore, seek advice about your rights and the risks involved. Planning

Execution
I draft contracts according to your wishes or revise existing contracts. Let me explain your rights to you. After that, however, it is also important to enforce agreements that have been concluded, assert claims, and defend against unjustified claims.

Representation

Notarial law

The company

Lic. iur. Rolf Liniger founded the law firm in 1989 together with a partner. The firm quickly established itself in Olten. After moving to Jurastrasse and the subsequent departure of the partner, a phase of specialization and increased activity in criminal defense began.
