Oltech GmbH, the specialist agency for work integration in the Olten-Gösgen-Gäu-Thal region with its headquarters in Olten, offers the municipalities and the IV (disability insurance) a differentiated and needs-based range of opportunities for professional and social integration for people without employment on behalf of the AWA (Office for Economy and Labor of the Canton of Solothurn).

We identify the potential of participants and support them through practical work, education, and supervision. The overarching goal is to reintegrate them into the primary labor market by developing and consolidating their technical, methodological, personal, and social skills.

We support participants with intensive case management/support from trained social workers, coaches, and adult educators. We assess the psychosocial situation of participants and provide advice and support in these areas. We also connect participants with other institutions as needed and provide information about the various counseling services available.

We want to encourage participants to seek external help in solving their personal problems so that job seekers can concentrate fully on their job search in the future.
