EMS Le Flon

The year 1949 marked the beginning of the nursing home, which was then called the "Foyer du Flon." In March 2004, the Flon association was dissolved and transformed into a foundation. The Le Flon nursing home is now part of the Fondation du Relais.

In 2013, after several months of work, the establishment was brought up to safety standards and modernized. The rooms were refreshed, the premises were redesigned with living rooms on each floor, and the common areas were opened up.

The Le Flon nursing home is located in the center of Oron-la-Ville, close to shops. This gives it a privileged location that is much appreciated by residents.

Information and visits

Please contact us by phone, email, or via our contact form for further information. We are happy to arrange visits by appointment. Our reception is open Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Outside these hours, a doorbell is available. Visits are free, there is no set schedule, but out of courtesy to residents, we ask that you avoid visiting during meal times. We look forward to meeting you.

Spiritual sharing moments at Le Flon nursing home are special opportunities for exchange between various chaplains recognized by Christian churches or committed lay people. Together with the residents, they discuss interfaith topics such as faith, hope, and relationship with God.
