• We offer expert advice with no obligation at our store and/or at your home. We are also happy to assist you by phone and email.
• Delivery and assembly (price by arrangement, depending on distance and effort involved).
• We move all waterbeds, even those not purchased from us (price on request).

WATERBED SERVICE

If, for any reason, you would like a waterbed professional to check your waterbed or do the work for you, simply call us to arrange a waterbed service at your home. This service includes:

• Filling the bed with the appropriate fluid
• Cleaning the mattress
• Adjusting the water level
• De-airing the water mattresses
• Checking the heating systems
• Checking the protective tray and its Velcro fasteners (and replacing them if necessary)
• Checking the corner connectors and the fit of the separating wedge and water mattresses.

Cost: CHF 170 for labor and travel within the Bern area, including care products (outside the Bern area: additional travel costs on request).

Any replacement materials are not included.
