Relaxing massage
Particularly recommended for depression, stress, or anxiety. The relaxing massage is both gentle and firm. It relieves muscle tension and promotes deep relaxation. The therapist adjusts the pressure according to the patient's needs. The technique involves a series of different movements, including effleurage, kneading, and friction, which stimulate blood circulation to improve oxygenation, eliminate toxins, and strengthen the immune system. The effects are remarkable for both body and mind.
Sports massage
Firm and invigorating, sports massage is a dynamic technique that includes kneading, friction, and percussion. Performed mainly on the muscles and joints, this type of massage relieves back, muscle, and joint pain.
Preventative, relaxing, and therapeutic, it helps combat pre-exercise jitters and stimulates the body. It helps prevent or limit cramps, fatigue, and soreness during sports activities. Finally, after exercise, it facilitates recovery and the elimination of toxins.
Performance and recovery are noticeable in patients who receive regular massages. Sports massage targets the areas indicated by the athlete, according to their needs.
Fascia therapy
Fasciae are highly innervated tissues that extend throughout the body. Connecting all the systems (locomotor, visceral, vascular, nervous, etc.) to each other, they are a communication pathway that allows for the overall regulation of the body's physiological balance.
When we suffer from chronic pain, injuries, or physical or emotional trauma, the fasciae tense up, causing tension and adhesions in these tissues. During the therapy session, we seek to release these tensions and restore movement to the affected areas, allowing the body to regulate itself.
This gentle, slow-touch method allows you to rediscover your senses, reconnect your body and mind, and, more generally, experience yourself through your body.
Specific massages
Anti-cellulite massage promotes better blood circulation. It consists of two
phases, one manual and the other involving the application of glass cups.
We also offer other specific massages: visceral massage, which focuses on the
the stomach and back, which improves digestive function; as well as massages of other areas such as the back, neck, or a combination of back and legs, or even arms and neck.
Prenatal Massage
Lasting 60 minutes, this deeply relaxing massage is a gentle treatment using neutral oil to release the tension caused by the physical and physiological changes that accompany pregnancy. The positions are adapted to the stage of pregnancy and the patient's needs, either semi-seated or on the side.
Composed of slow, enveloping movements, the prenatal massage allows you to reconnect with your changing body and reclaim your senses. It offers a truly pampering experience for both mother and unborn baby.
