Canal Pro Sagl is a young company specializing in sewer maintenance, founded after twenty years of solid experience in the sector.
Our main goal is to provide a service based primarily on the quality of the services offered and prompt, effective assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so that we can provide assistance even in emergencies.
Our company works effectively with private customers, real estate specialists, administrations, general contractors, and architectural and engineering firms.
The work carried out by our company stands out for its ability to ensure that all activities are performed in such a way as to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our customers.
Pipe cleaning – CanalJet
The canal jet is a probe that allows high-pressure water to be sprayed into pipes to remove encrustations, unblock and wash the pipes. The canal jet, equipped with nozzles of various diameters, is capable of unblocking limescale, cement, solid deposits, etc., and can therefore be inserted into any pipe diameter, offering effective solutions.
Canal jet washing solves pipe blockage problems and should be performed both for emergency maintenance and routine maintenance.
Milling
We intervene with expert personnel and state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring that, with a single intervention, the blockage can be removed and, at the same time, the walls of the pipe can be cleaned so that further imminent blockages are prevented. We use efficient drain cleaners capable of thoroughly cleaning pipes with a diameter of 30 to 150 mm and up to 20 meters long. We can also guarantee service in confined and difficult-to-access spaces, with care and attention, and without causing damage to tiles and sanitary fixtures.
Video inspection
Video inspection is a technique that allows us to view the inside of pipes in order to check their actual condition.
It is mainly used to identify and locate any structural problems in the pipes with extreme precision.
For problems arising from sewers, before carrying out any excavation work, it is important to perform a video inspection to identify, locate, and analyze the actual problems with the sewer pipe, saving considerable time, money, and inconvenience.
In real time, the operator will show the customer images of the inspected pipe or sewer, reporting and locating the problems found during the inspection and determining the specific interventions to be carried out to restore or rehabilitate the sewer pipe.
This technique also makes it possible to plan and monitor cleaning or remediation work on sewer networks.
Video inspection can be used to carry out various types of surveys, as it is possible to inspect pipes and sewers of any type, cavities in general, shafts, attics, flues, channels and ducts for ventilation and air distribution, etc.
Finally, the customer will receive a paper report detailing the condition of the pipe with the relative measurements of any anomalies.
If requested by the customer, a DVD containing the videos and photos of the video inspections will also be provided.
Performs sewer video inspections using the best technology available in the field, with water-resistant cameras capable of detecting even the smallest anomalies and locating them using video localization techniques.
Leak tests
Another method of testing the tightness of pipes is through the use of test plugs of various sizes, with an accompanying technical report proving the validity of the results obtained. The test plugs range from 40 to 1000 mm in diameter.
Leak testing carried out on a water system pipe or on a tank or reservoir allows for the simple but accurate detection of any leaks.
The leak test is one of the non-destructive tests carried out by Canal Pro during the leak detection phase and allows us to determine whether or not there is a leak in the system being tested and, if necessary, to assess the volume of the leak.
In principle, all wastewater drainage systems must be watertight and guaranteed for their entire service life.
The functionality, operational safety, and watertightness of drainage systems, whether public or private, must be checked regularly. In addition, the requirements in groundwater protection areas must also be complied with, in accordance with local regulations on protection areas.
Visual inspections, such as visual checks and video inspections, are usually insufficient to determine the watertightness of pipes. Leaks are difficult to detect visually, especially near pipe joints. Sometimes visual defects can be detected that turn out to be watertight, which is why leak tests are important.
Renovation
Pipe rehabilitation allows for the complete functional recovery of existing structures, using a technique that can be applied in all cases, either in sections or along the entire length, inside or outside buildings.
Pipe rehabilitation is carried out using the relining technique, which involves extruding sheaths impregnated with thermosetting resin inside the pipe and maintaining pressure to ensure perfect adhesion to the pipe walls until the resin has completely hardened.
The sleeve consists of a polyester fabric tube, which is deformable and easily adapts to dimensions other than the initial ones, coupled on one side with a thermo-adhesive film, thus ensuring the continuity and impermeability of the relining.
The main property of a sleeve is its flexibility, which allows the rehabilitation of pipes with bends of up to 90° as well as ensuring perfect adaptation to any changes in size.
The thickness of the final relining is extremely low so that the repair does not reduce the internal diameter of the pipe.
Sewer cleaning
Canal Pro Sagl is able to intervene for the cleaning of sewers, pump wells, septic tanks, separators and sand traps, street drains, and for the unblocking and cleaning of civil and industrial pipes, through the use of high-pressure hydrodynamic machinery.
It can intervene in any type of situation and location, even in confined urban spaces where it is difficult to position vehicles and equipment.
