The law firm was formed in 2011 through the merger of the Reinach-based law firms Haidlauf + Schmid and Felix Enderle Jermann. In 2015, the firm expanded with the addition of Véronique Bron, attorney and notary.

Our firm sees itself as a modern service provider. We represent private individuals as well as companies and institutions. Thanks to our many years of experience, we are able to offer our legal and notarial services in many areas of law.

Law

On the one hand, we provide advice in non-contentious matters (legal advice, risk assessment, contract drafting, preparation of expert opinions) and also take on mandates and executive functions within companies and institutions. On the other hand, we represent our clients in disputes and, if necessary, also conduct litigation to protect their interests.

 

Our main areas of practice are civil law (family and divorce law, inheritance law, tenancy law, labor law, construction and contract law, and general contract law), commercial and corporate law, and online law (e-commerce, data protection, domain names). We also practice constitutional and administrative law (representation before federal, cantonal, and municipal authorities) and criminal law.

Notary

Through our notary's office, you can have documents certified relating to real estate (purchase agreements, establishment of condominium ownership, easements, etc.), marriage and inheritance law (marriage contracts, inheritance contracts and wills, power of attorney, etc.) and companies (incorporations, transfers of registered office, etc.).
