Permanent and temporary placement

To begin with:
Our recruitment process begins with a careful review of each application we receive. We then meet with these individuals for interviews, which allows us to establish the candidate's profile based on their skills, qualities, and personality.

 

Establishing a profile:
Where possible, we take references from one or more of their former employers. We then draw up a detailed profile of the candidate. At the request of our clients or on our own initiative, we send the various profiles to companies that rely on the quality of our files.

 

Agreement and finalization:
As soon as the company confirms the employee's hiring, we prepare the contract and all the administrative documents they may need. We provide them with the necessary safety equipment to perform their job professionally and send the rental contracts to the company. In most cases, we accompany the employee to their first day at work.

 

Temporary worker follow-up and management:
Upon signing the contract, the temporary worker receives timesheets and pre-stamped envelopes, which they must return to us each week, duly signed by the client and themselves. Based on this report, we prepare the employee's pay slip and the invoice for the client. If necessary and at the temporary worker's request, we prepare and send them the necessary documents for unemployment or permit applications, as well as for any other administrative purposes. The temporary worker or the company can contact us at any time with any questions they may have. They can rely on our team to respond quickly and support them in all their efforts.
