BRIO - Regional Information and Guidance Office
The Regional Information and Guidance Office (BRIO) of the Côte d'Or is aimed at elderly people, those who are dependent, losing their independence or suffering from mental health problems, as well as their families and caregivers. Medical and social professionals can also call on BRIO, as can anyone seeking specific information.
The BRIO's missions are to:
Provide information on the services offered by health and medical-social institutions in the canton's health networks
Advise the public and professionals in the network.
Refer users who have lost their independence following a hospital stay or rehabilitation (CTR) and take the necessary steps for their discharge,
Centralize and process requests for long- or short-term accommodation based on availability in nursing homes,
Supporting people at home or in hospital with the procedures for entering a medical-social establishment (EMS),
Whether you are hospitalized or at home and have questions about the possibilities of home care, short- or long-term accommodation, financial assistance, etc., the coordinating nurses and social worker are there to help you and answer your questions.
