After 13 years in the commercial sector and the birth of my daughters, I embarked on a new career path. I started with a course in foot reflexology and discovered my passion for it. I then completed training courses in classical massage, lymphatic drainage, and medical basics. I continued my education at the Bodyfeet center in Thun and also acquired the knowledge to become a Bach flower consultant.

I opened my first practice in a hotel in Gstaad before moving into my own practice premises after six years. Annual further training courses continuously expanded my knowledge.

In 2013, I attended the "Herbal Academy" in Hondrich in Aeschi near Spiez. In 2018, I completed a diploma course in "Autogenic Training Therapy" and in 2019 I trained in "Integrative Coaching," hypnosis coaching, and talk therapy with Gabriel Palacios.

I work exclusively with 100% natural products and am delighted to have been able to offer physical therapy and counseling in my new, spacious practice since July 2019. Thanks to my loyal regular clients, I have been a successful independent therapist since December 1997.
