AXECIB adult education is a training institution created in early 2004 by two adult educators with rich and varied professional backgrounds. Although modest in size, AXECIB aims to offer high-quality services to its clients and participants that closely match their expectations and real needs. The two trainers' experience in the field and their integration into the economic and training fabric ensure a strong connection with current training demand. In addition to their expertise in the field of skills and training engineering, AXECIB's trainers make it a point of honor to adapt their services to the context and specific demands of each of their clients.
 
AXECIB's main areas of training and intervention are:

• Training of adult trainers for all modules leading to the Federal Certificate of Adult Trainer (accredited by the FSEA).
• Continuing education courses for trainers, within institutions and on various topics (communication and group dynamics, conflict management, exchange of practices, adults in training, etc.).
• Support in putting together applications for EduQua or for the validation of prior learning or skills assessments.
• Courses and interventions for conflict management.
• Courses for professional drivers.
• Courses and interventions in companies: creation of reference frameworks, work analysis, stress management, management, communication, reception, etc.
