We offer you a high-quality and comprehensive range of services, starting with the initial customer contact, through project planning/design, plant construction including control systems, maintenance of the plants, to decommissioning and dismantling of your refrigeration systems.

Planning a cooling system

We accompany the construction of a cooling system from planning and installation to commissioning.

We value personal contact and try to start a project with a site visit to the customer as often as possible. This gives us the opportunity to plan a refrigeration system that is individually tailored to the customer.

In addition to high availability and cost-effectiveness, we focus on sustainability and energy optimization. A cooling system optimized to your needs helps you significantly reduce your consumption of fossil fuels for heating purposes and thus your CO2 emissions. Economic and ecological considerations often conflict with each other, which we objectively point out to the customer.

Refrigeration technology as part of building technology

Refrigeration technology is no longer a separate sector that serves a purpose on its own. As an energy-intensive unit, it must be integrated into a building as well as possible. Noise emissions are just as much an issue as waste heat utilization. In addition, cooling systems allow us to store energy at different temperature levels.

How heat recovery works

With heat recovery, we make the waste heat generated during cooling usable for the customer.

This heat is often fed into a heat recovery boiler to generate hot water. This allows the existing waste heat to be put to good use. It can be used for heating or for domestic hot water.

Service & Maintenance

Customer service is very important to us. Our experts will repair faults in your cooling system quickly and competently. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

If you own a newer system from pircher partner KÄLTE UND KLIMA AG, including a new PLC control system, we also offer remote maintenance. Minimize costs by saving on travel and benefit from our remote support.

To ensure the availability of your refrigeration machine and avoid malfunctions, we recommend annual maintenance by our specialist staff. Our service also includes the necessary leak test on your refrigeration system. This is required by the FOEN and must be arranged by the operator of the system.

Reporting obligation

Legal reporting requirements for your refrigeration system:

Since January 1, 2004, the operation of refrigeration systems with more than 3 kg of refrigerant has been subject to mandatory reporting requirements by the FOEN (Federal Office for the Environment, formerly BUWAL).

As authorized refrigeration specialists with many years of experience, we take care of the legally compliant implementation of the Substances Ordinance for you.
